Current conditions

General terms and conditions
All prices are per person (except package rates) in Euros. The All Inclusive pensions starts on the arrival day (check in at 3.00 pm) with dinner and ends with breakfast on the departure day (check out till 10.00 am). The hotel benefits can be used earlier (arrival day) respectively longer (departure day) for a supplement charge. Pets are not allowed. Supplement charge for 1 additional adult in the room: 30 % of the season rate. All ground plans of the apartments and suites are shown schematically, deviations are possible. There is obligation of payment in the case of “no show” or cancellation non-in time! For online bookings we need your credit card details.


Payment Conditions
Every payment has to paid, according the demand in the booking confirmation, directly to the Hagleitner Family Balance Hotel & Spa. If the payment is not done in time the Hagleitner Family Balance Hotel & Spa reserves its rights to offer the apartments and suites. A non-punctual payment is insofar a rescission by the visitor. We accept VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard, AMEX and ATM (only A, G, NL). Your credit card is charged in the case of “no-show” or cancellation non-in-time! For fix reservations we require a deposit of 30 % of the total arrangement price. Your reservation is valid after the receipt of your deposit and signature.

Cancellation terms
For cancellations of your apartment, suite or arrangement reservation up to 28 days before the arrival day we charge a handling fee of EUR 50,-. If you cancel 14 days before your arrival day, we charge 50 % of the total arrangement price. For later cancellation we charge 90 % of the total arrangement price. The same is valid for earlier departures. Cancellations must be done in written form directly to the Hagleitner Family Balance Hotel & Spa. Bookings changes for different dates or different room categories are only possible after a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking. We recommend the completion of a travel insurance. This includes such information as name, address, postal address, telephone number, etc. All information that can not be brought into connection with the actual identity of web users is not among this data. As required, we ask the users of our website to state their firm, name, first name and other diverse personal information when the user uses a personalised or interactive service. We use this personal information in the case of queries only within the enterprise itself. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless required for the fulfilment of a contract. In no case does the passing on of data take place before we have received your expressed agreement to such effect. We appreciate the trust you place in us and take extreme care to protect your personal details. You have in any case the right to be informed of which data has been collected, and also the possibility to have the data deleted.
